COMPATROL^® - The first continuous compaction control system for reversible soil compactors

COMPATROL^® is based on a frequency band analysis and consists of a display (CCD - Compaction Control Display) and acceleration sensor.

COMPATROL^® measures the acceleration increase and decrease of the soil compactor´s base plate, compares the maeasured values with the registered soil characteristics and translates the results into "electric voltage".

Less rework and no overcompaction!
Uniform compaction due to continuous measurement, weak points are identified
No area remains uncontrolled
Quality assurance on confined sites (e.g. in trenches or backfill areas)
The system helps to assess the bearing capacity of the compacted soil layers
In addition, COMPATROL^® checks the machine frequency

COMPATROL^® is part of the standard equipment of the CR 8 Hd and is available as optional extra for the CR 6, CRCR 6, CR 7 CR 6, CR 7 and CR 8 and CR 8 7 and CR 8 soil compactors.
