Cortez McConer joined Weber MT in May 2023 as an Inventory Specialist. He helps manage inventory accurately and ensures products are available to support both customers and the Weber MT team.
With a strong background in customer service, Cortez understands the importance of responsiveness, teamwork, and creating a positive experience for customers and colleagues alike. His flexibility and willingness to assist wherever needed make him a dependable resource throughout the organization.

Outside of work, Cortez enjoys spending time with his grandson, family and friends, traveling, and discovering new places. He brings the same enthusiasm and positive attitude to his work as he does to his next adventure.
