Paul Scarberry joined Weber MT in 2022 as an Assembly Specialist, bringing more than 40 years of experience in the automotive industry. After retiring from a long and successful career, Paul quickly discovered that he was not ready to sit still.
He brought his extensive mechanical knowledge, craftsmanship, and strong work ethic to Weber MT, where he helps assemble equipment that meets the company’s standards for quality and reliability.
Paul is known for his attention to detail, dependability, and willingness to share his experience with those around him.
Family, craftsmanship, and time outdoors.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time with his family, woodworking in his barn, camping, and boating.
