Simon Burdick joined Weber MT in December 2017 and serves as the company’s Product Training Specialist. Drawing on years of hands-on experience and a passion for sharing knowledge, Simon develops and delivers training that helps customers, distributors, and team members use Weber MT equipment with confidence.
Before joining Weber MT, Simon proudly served in the U.S. Army, where he developed leadership, discipline, and problem-solving skills that continue to guide his work today. He later built a successful career in the construction industry, gaining firsthand knowledge of the challenges contractors face in the field.
Simon’s practical experience allows him to connect with customers and provide training that is clear, relevant, and grounded in real-world applications. Known for his approachable teaching style, he is committed to making every training experience informative, engaging, and valuable.

Outside of work, Simon enjoys camping and spending quality time with family and friends hanging by the pool. Whether he is exploring the outdoors or making memories with loved ones, he values the relationships and experiences that keep him grounded.
