William Sim joined Weber MT in February 2023 as a Customer Service and Inventory Specialist in the company’s Québec office.
In his role, William provides responsive customer service while helping manage inventory, so equipment and parts are available when needed. His attention to accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction makes him an important part of Weber MT’s operations and support team.
William enjoys collaborating with customers and teammates to solve problems and keep daily operations moving smoothly. His positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help reflect Weber MT’s commitment to exceptional service.
